Hong Kong: Seven startups showcased innovative solutions to hundreds of potential investors at DBS Accelerator, the collaborative initiative between DBS Bank (Hong Kong) and Nest, the Hong Kong-based startup incubator.
Malaysia: Three Malaysian startups GrabGas, Local Usher and Vase are to receive more than RM250,000 (more than US$62,000) in equity funding from maiden accelerator programme, Digi Accelerate.
Singapore: OCBC Bank’s fintech accelerator programme, the Open Vault, will pilot tests with three start-ups – Fincast, BondIT and CogniCor.
The tests involve wealth management and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and will begin in the fourth quarter of this year, and will last for three months.
